Why this automation is useful#
LinkedIn shows your followers as a scrollable list. There is no export option. This automation downloads your followers to a CSV with names, headlines, job titles, and companies.
Your followers chose to hear from you. They are warmer than any cold list. The CSV tells you exactly who they are and where they work.
The Following column shows which followers you also follow. The Followers Count column shows which followers have large audiences of their own. Both fields help you prioritize outreach.
Use cases#
- Find buyers already following you. Filter the CSV by job title and company name. These followers already know your name. Message them before you message strangers.
- Convert followers into connections. Send connection requests to relevant followers from the CSV. A follower accepts more often than a cold contact.
- Audit your audience quality. Business owners can review headlines and companies in the CSV. Confirm that your content attracts buyers and not only peers.
- Plan content from follower data. Agencies can group a client's followers by industry or job title. Write posts for the largest group. Measure follower growth in that segment.
- Prioritize launch or event invites. Sort the CSV by followers count. Invite the followers with the largest audiences first. Their shares amplify your announcement.

Q: Can LinkedIn restrict my account for using this automation? A: Yes, if you exceed normal usage limits. TexAu adds random delays between actions. Keep to the default limits to protect your account.

Troubleshooting#
The automation asks me to connect the account again. The platform session expired. Reconnect the account with the TexAu browser extension. See Connect accounts with the TexAu browser extension.
The run fails with an invalid URL error. Copy the URL exactly as the Inputs table shows. The automation checks the URL format before it runs.
The CSV has fewer results than expected. The platform shows less data to your account than the total count suggests. Private or restricted profiles do not appear. This is normal platform behavior.
The automation stops before it reaches my extract limit. You reached a rate limit window. Wait for the window to reset, then run the automation again. See Manage rate limits.
The same run fails several times. Note the exact error message from the app. Contact TexAu support and include this message and the automation name.
