Sends a message with a subject, a body, and a signature to any profile on LinkedIn Recruiter Lite. The automation returns the Recruiter Lite Conversation ID for each message sent.

Why this automation is useful#
Manual outreach in Recruiter Lite is slow when you message many candidates each day. This automation sends the message for you from your own computer. You supply the profile URL, the subject, the body, and the signature.
Each run records the Recruiter Lite Conversation ID in the CSV. You can track which candidates you contacted and when. This keeps outreach logs clean for teams that share one candidate pipeline.
Use cases#
- First-touch outreach for a recruiting agency. Send a personalized first message to each candidate from a Recruiter Lite search. Reference the candidate's current company in the body. Track replies in Recruiter Lite and measure reply rate per search.
- Follow-up sequences for a staffing firm. Send a follow-up message to candidates who did not reply to the first touch. Keep the subject line consistent with the earlier message. Stop the sequence when a candidate replies.
- Founder-led hiring for early roles. A founder sends direct messages to engineers at competitor companies. Mention the founding story and the open role in the body. Move interested replies to a call booking link.
- Urgent contract fills for freelance recruiters. Message candidates who match a contract requirement on rate and start date. State both numbers in the first message. Measure time from first message to signed offer.
- Hiring event invites to passive candidates. Invite candidates from a saved search to a hiring webinar or open house. Include the date and the registration link in the body. Count registrations per 100 messages sent.

How to use it#
- Connect your LinkedIn Recruiter Lite account with the TexAu browser extension.
- Open LinkedIn Recruiter Auto Message in the TexAu Desktop app.
- Enter the LinkedIn Recruiter Profile URL of the candidate.
- Enter the subject, the message body, and the signature.
- Run the automation.
- Open the CSV in your export folder when the run ends.
The automation uses your active Recruiter Lite session. Do not use the account heavily in the browser during the run.
Limits and limitations#
- The action happens under your name and is visible to others. Review the inputs before you run the automation.
- TexAu sets a default limit of 50 executions per day for this automation.
- You must have an active LinkedIn Recruiter Lite subscription to send these messages.
- Messaging candidates outside your network can consume InMail credits from your Recruiter Lite plan.
- The automation uses your active LinkedIn session. The account must stay connected during the run.
- LinkedIn can change its interface. Platform changes can affect how the automation runs.

Troubleshooting#
The automation asks me to connect the account again. The platform session expired. Reconnect the account with the TexAu browser extension. See Connect accounts with the TexAu browser extension.
The run fails with an invalid URL error. Copy the URL exactly as the Inputs table shows. The automation checks the URL format before it runs.
The action did not appear on the platform. Check the run status in the History section. If the run failed, reconnect the account and run again.
The automation skipped my input. TexAu dedupes repeated runs of the same input. A second run of the same input does not repeat the action.
The same run fails several times. Note the exact error message from the app. Contact TexAu support and include this message and the automation name.
