Support, community and updates
Contact support#
Email support@texau.com from the email on your license. Include:
- The exact error message from the app.
- The name of the automation.
- The input that failed, for example the profile URL or the search URL.
- Your license tier.
Do not send your license key or your passwords.
In version 1.1.4 and later, you can also chat with the support team from the chat button in the app.
Response times#
| Tier | First reply |
|---|---|
| Tiers 1, 2 and 3 | Within 1 business day |
| Tiers 4 and 5 | The same business day |
Discord community#
Every tier includes a closed Discord community. Find the invite link in your license key email.
Updates#
Every tier gets lifetime desktop app updates and access to all new desktop features.
The app downloads updates by itself. When an update is ready, the app shows "Update ready to install". Click "Restart now" to install it. For the manual update steps, read "Update the app" in this guide:
What changed in recent versions#
1.1.4 (16 October 2026)#
- Live chat support: chat with the support team directly from the app.
- Minor updates and improvements.
1.1.3 (12 October 2026)#
- Minor updates and improvements.
1.1.2 (6 October 2026)#
- When a run hits a rate limit, you can send it to the background. This works for every run type.
- Finished background runs are saved in History. A single-input run keeps its result. A CSV run keeps its row counts, but not the row results. Read Run several automations at once and in the background.
- A clearer notification at the end of a single run.
- Release note dates now show the month by name.
- Minor bug fixes.
1.1.1 (4 September 2026)#
- Fixed an issue with the release notes panel.
1.1.0 (3 September 2026)#
- Automations lock per account, not per platform. You can run several accounts on the same platform at the same time, up to the concurrent-run limit of your tier.
- CSV runs can keep going in the background. Read the caution about saved results in Run several automations at once and in the background.
- Automatic or manual pacing for CSV runs.
- Closing the window hides TexAu. Quit from the tray icon.
- CSV runs respect your hourly, daily and weekly limits.
Report an automation that does not work#
- Make sure that the account is still connected. If the app asks you to connect again, capture the session again with the browser extension.
- Check the rate limits of the automation. A paused run is not a failure.
- Run the automation again with one input.
- If it fails again, email support@texau.com with the error message, the automation name and the input.
If the card of an automation shows "Under maintenance", the team is already updating it. Read Maintenance mode.
