The Personal Name Cleaner takes one full name as text and returns a cleaned, standardized version of that name. It runs inside TexAu Desktop and needs no account connection.

Why this automation is useful#

Scraped names arrive in mixed formats. Lists from social platforms often include all-caps names, extra spaces, and added words.

The agent returns a standardized name. Clean names make merge tags read naturally. They also let CRM dedupe match records that come from different sources.

Run this agent on the CSV from a profile scraper run, before you load the list into an outreach tool. Your outreach tool then receives clean names with no spreadsheet cleanup.

Troubleshooting#

The output field is empty. The agent did not parse the input. Shorten the input to one value and run again.

The output looks wrong for my input. Check the input format. The agent expects one value per run, for example one company name or one headline.
