Why this automation is useful#
Sales Navigator account filters find companies by industry, headcount, and geography. This automation exports those results to a CSV. Manual copy work disappears.
The CSV includes revenue estimation, headcount, and the leadership change count. Your team can score accounts before any outreach.
Fundraise news fields show the article title, URL, and date. A recent funding round signals budget inside the account.
Use cases#
- Build a target account list from one filtered search. Set your filters in Sales Navigator. Paste the search URL into the automation. Export up to 1000 accounts to the CSV.
- Target recently funded startups. Filter the CSV on rows with a fundraise article. Contact those accounts within weeks of the announcement. Funding events open budgets.
- Find accounts with new leadership. Filter on Leadership Change Count above zero. New executives review vendors. Prioritize those accounts in your call list.
- Size a market for a client proposal. An agency runs one account search per industry. The Results Count shows the market size. The CSV anchors the proposal numbers.
- Segment outreach by headcount. Export the search. Split the CSV by Headcount Range. Write one message template per segment.
- Feed an ABM board every month. A sales team exports the same search each month. New accounts go onto the ABM board. Reps claim accounts for outreach.
How to use it#
- Connect your Sales Navigator account with the TexAu browser extension.
- Open Sales Navigator Account Search Export in the TexAu Desktop app.
- Enter the inputs. Paste a keyword or a full Sales Navigator account search URL.
- Set the extract limit. Maximum 1000 accounts per launch.
- Run the automation.
- Open the CSV in your export folder when the run ends.
The automation uses your active session. Do not use the account heavily in the browser during the run.
Limits and limitations#
- TexAu sets a default limit of 100 executions per day for this automation.
- Maximum 1000 accounts per launch.
- You need an active Sales Navigator subscription.
- Sales Navigator limits how many results one search shows. Narrow your filters for large searches.
- Revenue figures are LinkedIn estimations. Treat them as ranges, not exact numbers.

Q: How many exports can I run per day? A: TexAu sets a default limit of 100 executions per day for this automation.
Q: How many accounts can I export per run? A: One launch extracts a maximum of 1000 accounts. Split the search with narrower filters for more coverage.
Q: Can LinkedIn restrict my account? A: Yes. LinkedIn can restrict your account if you exceed limits. TexAu adds random delays between actions. Keep to the default limits.
Q: Do I need a proxy? A: A proxy is not required for one account. Use one proxy per account when you run many accounts.
Q: What subscription do I need? A: You need an active Sales Navigator subscription. Account search is a Sales Navigator feature.
Q: Does the automation dedupe results? A: TexAu dedupes repeated runs of the same input. Keep your CSVs clean by not re-running the same input.
Q: Where do results go? A: Results save as a CSV in your export folder. You can also find past runs in the History section of the app.
Q: Can I use a keyword instead of a URL? A: Yes. The input accepts a keyword, for example Google, or a full Sales Navigator company search URL.
Troubleshooting#
The automation asks me to connect the account again. The platform session expired. Reconnect the account with the TexAu browser extension. See Connect accounts with the TexAu browser extension.
The run fails with an invalid URL error. Copy the URL exactly as the Inputs table shows. The automation checks the URL format before it runs.
The CSV has fewer results than expected. The platform shows less data to your account than the total count suggests. Private or restricted profiles do not appear. This is normal platform behavior.
The automation stops before it reaches my extract limit. You reached a rate limit window. Wait for the window to reset, then run the automation again. See Manage rate limits.
The same run fails several times. Note the exact error message from the app. Contact TexAu support and include this message and the automation name.
