Why this automation is useful#

Saved account lists hold your best target companies. Copying a list into a spreadsheet by hand takes hours on large lists. This automation turns the full list into one CSV in a single run.

The export includes Buyer Intent and the Shared Connections URL. Your team sees which accounts show interest and where warm introduction paths exist.

Headcount range and industry fields let you segment accounts fast. The CSV loads into your CRM or your reporting spreadsheet.

Use cases#

  1. Move a saved list into your CRM. Export the account list. Load the CSV into your CRM. Assign accounts to reps by headcount range.
  2. Prioritize accounts by buyer intent. Filter the CSV on Buyer Intent. Call the high-intent accounts first. Track meetings booked per week.
  3. Build lookalike searches from one list. Review the industries and headcount ranges of your saved accounts. Build a new account search with the same filters. Export that search for more targets.
  4. Share a target list with a client. An agency exports the account list it built. The client reviews the CSV before outreach starts. Approval cycles get shorter.
  5. Find warm introduction paths. Open the Shared Connections URL for the top accounts. Ask mutual connections for introductions. Warm paths beat cold InMail.
  6. Audit list hygiene every quarter. Export all saved lists. Remove the accounts that no longer match your ICP. Keep the lists clean.

How to use it#

  1. Connect your Sales Navigator account with the TexAu browser extension.
  2. Open Sales Navigator Account List Export in the TexAu Desktop app.
  3. Enter the inputs. Paste the full account list URL from your browser address bar.
  4. Set the extract limit. Maximum 5000 accounts per launch.
  5. Run the automation.
  6. Open the CSV in your export folder when the run ends.

The automation uses your active session. Do not use the account heavily in the browser during the run.

Limits and limitations#

  • TexAu sets a default limit of 100 executions per day for this automation.
  • Maximum 5000 accounts per launch.
  • You need an active Sales Navigator subscription.
  • The automation reads lists saved in your own Sales Navigator account.
  • The export reflects the list at run time. Re-run the export after you update the list.

FAQ#

Q: How many exports can I run per day? A: TexAu sets a default limit of 100 executions per day for this automation.

Q: How many accounts can I export per run? A: One launch extracts a maximum of 5000 accounts. Split very large lists into smaller lists before the run.

Q: Can LinkedIn restrict my account? A: Yes. LinkedIn can restrict your account if you exceed limits. TexAu adds random delays between actions. Keep to the default limits.

Q: Do I need a proxy? A: A proxy is not required for one account. Use one proxy per account when you run many accounts.

Q: What subscription do I need? A: You need an active Sales Navigator subscription. Account lists are a Sales Navigator feature.

Q: Does the automation dedupe results? A: TexAu dedupes repeated runs of the same input. Keep your CSVs clean by not re-running the same input.

Q: Where do results go? A: Results save as a CSV in your export folder. You can also find past runs in the History section of the app.

Q: Which URL do I paste? A: Open the account list in Sales Navigator. Copy the full URL from the address bar. The URL contains listId=.

Troubleshooting#

The automation asks me to connect the account again. The platform session expired. Reconnect the account with the TexAu browser extension. See Connect accounts with the TexAu browser extension.

The run fails with an invalid URL error. Copy the URL exactly as the Inputs table shows. The automation checks the URL format before it runs.

The CSV has fewer results than expected. The platform shows less data to your account than the total count suggests. Private or restricted profiles do not appear. This is normal platform behavior.

The automation stops before it reaches my extract limit. You reached a rate limit window. Wait for the window to reset, then run the automation again. See Manage rate limits.

The same run fails several times. Note the exact error message from the app. Contact TexAu support and include this message and the automation name.
